Yes, recreational fires or "campfires" are allowed outside of the burning ordinance hours and are for the enjoyment of those in attendance. Recreational fires must be attended at all times and should have a water source nearby in order to control and maintain the fire. The prohibited materials, as stated in the burning ordinance are still applicable.
