Each year, the Peters Township Fire Department (PTFD) hosts an Open House event during Fire Prevention season. Community members are invited for family activities, demonstrations, tours of the apparatus, and more. Come see what PTFD is all about!
This year's PTFD Open House will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Fire Station #1, located at 245 E. McMurray Road. This event will help lead into Fire Prevention Week (October 5-11), a nationally observed week for fire prevention awareness.
